There are three main coaching styles i have written below each style and
examples of when they are used in school sport. Autocratic: Strict,
making all decisions and in total control.- When you are trying to explain
the rules of a game Democratic: Make decisions with players, more relaxed
enviroment.-When you split people in to groups and players have to make a
group decision. Laisse Faire - Relaxed, do not care too much - When
people are just having muck around game.

bradley and my school sport coaching. Our coaching started off not too well with the rules and communication across the feild failling terribly. As the weeks went on mine and bradley control of the kids definently improved. Our fair rules and fun activity were complimented by the kids week by week.

In our last couple of weeks of doing school sport we were almost expert at coaching. I think it was our inexperience that held us back at the start but we picked up on our mistakes and improved.

autocratic- strict, make all decisions, in total controldemocratic-make decisions with players, more relaxed environmentLaisse faire- relaxled, do not care too much   autocratic; you would use this during training.democratic; during a game because players now what’s going on on the field and the coach can get an outside perspective of the game so both opinions are necissary.Laisse Faire; during the end of training or cool downs. Or games with the team like playing touch or a small activity.

hello everyonein coaching and playing a game i believe in fair play between all players and fair reffing from the refferee and linesmen. I beleive in sports man ship and safe play like when a player is hurt the people around them should ask how they are and do what ever they an even if there on the opposing team. Sportsman ship is important when you are playing a team, not yelling or swearing at your team and positive feedback from all. If you lose congradulate the oppostion and shake hands. and if you win dont gloat about your win and knock the other team  thankyou
